Franciska is seeking talented individuals to join our opening team.
We are a new seafood-focused wine bar, nestled in a cozy 800-square-foot space with 22 seats in the Old Port district. At Franciska, we celebrate the finest local products by preparing them with simplicity, skill, and attention to detail. Our menu features à la carte small plates alongside a family-style tasting menu, while our wine program highlights 50 wines by the glass, sourced from small grower-producers around the globe.
We Are Hiring for the Following Positions:
Bartender
Server
Sous Chef
Line Cook
We are building a small, tight-knit team where cross-training is essential. Everyone plays a role in all aspects of the operation – from dishwashing to hosting. Full-time availability is required, with service from Thursday to Sunday (closed Monday and Tuesday). Wednesday is dedicated to office work, organization, R&D, team building, and wine tastings.
